You have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility Requirements
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- All original tags and labels must be attached.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) is required.
Leather goods note
Leather is a natural material. Small variations in grain, color, marking, and patina are normal characteristics — not defects. Returns based on natural variation are not accepted.
Initiating a Return
Email support@sertano.com with your full name, order number, and the reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with detailed return instructions and the return address.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your receipt.
Damages & Defects
Contact support@sertano.com immediately if your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available subject to product availability. Items must meet the same return conditions as above (unworn, unused, original packaging). Customers pay return shipping; Sertano covers outbound shipping for approved exchanges.
Refunds
Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after inspection and approval. Additional processing time may occur through your financial institution.
