Ordering & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Transit time is 3–13 business days. Total estimated delivery is 4–15 business days. Orders placed after 5:00 PM ET are processed the next business day.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is $5.99 on orders from $0.01 to $149.99. Orders $150.00 and above ship free.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. You can also check your order status anytime on our tracking page.
Can I cancel my order?
Contact us at support@sertano.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation once your order has entered fulfillment.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
You have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Proof of purchase is required.
How do I start a return?
Email support@sertano.com with your full name, order number, and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your receipt.
Can I exchange for a different size or color?
Yes, exchanges are available subject to stock. Items must meet the same condition requirements as returns. You pay return shipping; we cover outbound shipping on approved exchanges.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the credit.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Contact support@sertano.com immediately with photos of the issue. We'll resolve it as quickly as possible — replacement or full refund.
Products & Sizing
What size belt should I order?
Order based on the belt length listed — choose the length closest to your trouser waist measurement. Our belts fasten at the middle hole with about 2 inches of adjustment either way. Each product page has a size guide with detailed measurements.
What kind of leather do you use?
We use full-grain vegetable-tanned leather. The exact type varies by product — check each product description for specifics on leather weight and origin.
Why does the leather feel stiff at first?
Vegetable-tanned leather starts firm. After regular wear it softens, conforms to your body, and develops a natural patina that makes it look better with age.
Will the leather scratch?
Yes — that's the patina. Light surface scratches blend into the leather within weeks. Deeper marks become part of the character. This is a feature of natural leather, not a defect.
Can I return a belt because of natural variation?
No. Leather is a natural material — small differences in grain, color, and marking are normal characteristics, not defects. Returns based on natural variation are not accepted.
How should I care for my belt?
Keep it simple. Wipe with a dry cloth when needed. Avoid oils and conditioners — vegetable-tanned leather develops its finish naturally over time.
